The entire conference was centred on the ministry of Jesus Christ, because this is the model that all of us want to follow, and it was structured in 2 parts: the first two days Apostle Abel Kungu held in depth sessions on the topics of faith and prayer and on the last two days he preached on healing and the person of the Holy Spirit.

Like in July, the two teams from the UK and from Romania came together as the body of Christ, each person carrying out their specific part of the ministry. This conference wouldn’t have been possible without the help of two brothers in Timisoara, Ildiko and Flavius, who took care of all the logistical, interpreting and advertising part.

_DSC2618Each day began with a one hour prayer session in the morning when we came together before Christ and asked for His perfect will to be done. Just before the sessions, the intercessors team led by pastor Ana prayed for that evening, clearing up the spiritual atmosphere.

As there was little time to plan the conference, we were left without a worship team but I know that God allowed this to happen because He had something better in store for us. We worshipped the Lord being led by pastor Zorka and Mario from the UK and by July; a member of the Romanian ministry team. The worship team chose well-known international songs and the lyrics were displayed in both English and Romanian, so that each person could praise God.

The teaching of Apostle Abel was filled with revelations from the Holy Spirit and it was beneficial for all of the people present in the meeting hall. The sessions were followed by prayer for people’s needs, as the Holy Spirit led. There were words of knowledge, prophecies and healings and all of us received a portion of God’s miracles, according to our needs.

We also had a time for testimonies, to see how God worked since the last conference. In July a lady from Timisoara received a word of healing for her sight. She had been wearing glasses for both short and long sighted vision and she could not see without them. After the conference she realised that she could see without her glasses and so she broke them and threw them away. Also a Pastor had received a promise from God that He would give him a car. After three weeks, he received the car which greatly exceeded his expectations.

_DSC2616This conference in September was also the moment God chose to bring forth the intercessory team that, with the help of Apostle Abel and his UK & Romanian team, will lay the foundation for the ministry in Timisoara, Romania. During the Wind of Change School, Pastor Ana who is our intercessory leader organized ten ladies from Timisoara who offered to intercede for Timisoara and Romania on a daily basis.

We are thankful to God for His wisdom and for the way He plans and makes all things happen. To Him be the glory, forever and ever! Amen!
