We had a wonderful time at the 2-day conference called Wind of Change, which took place in Timisoara, Romania on the 25th and the 26th of July 2014.
There were 2 teams ministering at the conference: a 6-person team from the UK and a 6-person team from Romania. Both days of conference started with 1-2 hour common prayer sessions. Also, before leaving for the meeting hall, the two ministry teams gathered for one hour of prayer.
God made a very strong connection between the ministers in the two teams. Even though it was the first time we met, having the Holy Ghost make a spiritual bond between our hearts, we felt that we knew each other since forever. Like Apostle Abel Kungu said, God knitted our hearts together.
We had great fellowship with the worship team – CristoCentric (the name, translated in English, means “Christ-centered”). Once we got at the meeting hall, we began to pray for the place, to cleanse it, so that the glory of God could come and rest there.
People began to come at the hall, long before the starting hour. In the first evening, there were about 100 people, and on the second evening, over 200 people came.
The program was diverse, it begun with a Romanian song of worship, followed by an English one, and then praise & worship in Romanian, led, with humility and passion, by the CristoCentric saints.
Our evangelist brother, Tim, had a short message each evening, filled with wisdom and love. It was Apostle Abel’s turn to preach on faith, healing and prophecy, and at the end there was a session of prophesying and prayers for healing. God worked mightily, releasing words of knowledge, of wisdom, prophecies and healing people. Back pains were healed, ears opened, and a sister who was in a wheelchair after childbirth labour, was strengthened and lifted from her chair, by the power of God.
By God’s grace, the Timisoara conference really brought change in the lives of those who were there – ministers and people who were ministered to, as well. Destinies were touched, lives were changed and hearts were healed and encouraged, all flowing from the power and love of our Lord, Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory for ever!
